We survived, we are surviving, and we shall survive!
Our kitchen has been working hard preparing food from recipes that my mother, Francesca, brought with her from the home-country in 1967. These culinary traditions have not changed but have remained pure.
Eggplant and green peppers, pickled oyster mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and green olives, minestrone soup, dandelion and white been soup, fava beans and more. These are all available in mason jars ready to go.
Our cellar has been curing soppressata, salsiccia, capocollo, prosciutto legs and pancetta - we are very proud and excited to share this with you!
I look forward to seeing you!
Great pasta is more then a carb... its' a memory that awakens when you need to smile.
